To our Gaynor Family Dental Patients,
Per the official direction from Governor Whitmer, our office has just reopened in late May. Our top priority is and always has been the safety of our patients and staff. Prior to the COVID-19 pandemic, our office rigorously maintained the highest standards of sterilization and disinfectant practices, meeting and exceeding the guidelines provided by our local and national organizations and OSHA. With the reopening of our office, we have implemented additional procedures and technology to ensure the safety of our patients and our staff. We will be checking everyone's temperature upon arrival, including each staff member.
The doctors and staff all utilize effective personal protective equipment.
For the indefinite future, we ask patients to remain in their vehicles until the exact time of your appointment. This will limit your time in our office and also eliminate potential contacts in our lobby. Masks are required to enter our lobby per the Governor's mask mandate. Upon your entrance into our office, we will ask you to complete a short COVID-19 screening questionnaire after we check your temperature. If you have been exposed to anyone with a fever, cough, cold, muscle aches, or fatigue in the 14 days prior to your appointment, or if you are experiencing any of these symptoms, we will reschedule your appointment.
We will keep you informed if any of these practices are changed. We are available via our office phone number, 586-228-7766, or at for any of your questions. We look forward to seeing you soon!
Stay Safe and Healthy,
Gaynor Family Dental
